All products are made to order subject to availability of necessary materials. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are additional and clearly indicated at checkout. Payment must be made at the time of order via our secure payment gateway.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within four to eight weeks of order. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
7. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Products must be returned in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
No refunds will be given for custom-made items.

14. Custom Orders
Irish Woodcraft offers bespoke handcrafted items tailored to customer specifications. By placing a custom order, you agree to the following terms:
– Design Approval: All custom designs must be approved by the customer before production begins. We will provide sketches, mock-ups, or descriptions as needed.
– Payment Terms: A non-refundable payment of 100 % is required to confirm a custom order. The product will be fully paid for before work commences
– Production Timeline: Custom orders typically require four to eight weeks for completion. This may vary depending on complexity and material availability.
– Changes and Cancellations: Once production has started, changes may not be possible. Cancellations after production begins will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
– Returns: Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
– Intellectual Property: We reserve the right to showcase custom designs on our website and social media unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
